0700 - 1300: Work in the kitchen, setting up breakfast, lunch, and mission meals
1300 - 1700: Afternoon sleep, with any luck
1700 - 2100: Work in the kitchen, setting up dinner and mission meals
2100 - 2400: Practice and training in the training gym
2400 - 2500: Evening patrol of the train
2500 - 2700: Shower (ugh), then music, origami, and journalling; sometimes in the kitchen car if they can't settle
